Recruitment of Executive Protection Officers internationally

For Executive Protection Officers (EPOs), we mainly collaborate with self-employed, companies, or individuals who can invoice us for their services, whether in France or internationally. We are seeking EPOs with a professional license, experienced, well-trained, fluent or proficiency in English with excellent presentation skills, and capable of managing a celebrity, businessman, influencer, a top model or a dignitary. You must be independent, organized, and accustomed to a demanding international clientele. You should be able to write reports, manage a team, and communicate effectively with IPS BODYGUARD and its partners.

Recruitment of security officers in France

For Security Officers (referred to as APS in France), you can apply to be employed by our organization or by one of our partners. We are looking for dedicated, concerned, professional, and trustworthy APS for various missions such as monitoring and guarding villas, private properties, sites, or events (concerts, inaugurations, festivals, weddings, etc.). You must have your French security license delivered by the CNAPS.

Partnership Criteria

Partnership criteria remain unchanged. We expect our partners to meet the following prerequisites:

  • Hold a valid security license and first aid certification,
  • Sign a partnership contract and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA),
  • Have solid experience in managing sensitive clients,
  • Be able to write reports and communicate with land ops,
  • Proficiency in English,
